Hi, I’m Natalie, and I love to cook, bake, eat, talk and dream about food. But not just any food. I’m a vegetarian married to a wonderful meat-eating, fish-loving man who happens to have type 1 diabetes and celiac disease, which has introduced a whole new realm of dietary requirements into our lives. After years of looking for advice and recipes that can tick the box for multiple nutritional needs in one central place, I decided to give up searching and start creating!

All of my recipes are original; developed, tried and taste-tested in my home kitchen in Sydney, Australia, with food photography shot by Simeon Crofts. You’ll find a wide range of sweet and savoury recipes inspired by cuisines from around the world for a multitude of dietary needs, with new content uploaded every week.
